A brief update on the Paul Pelosi DUI incident from this weekend. If you remember, he was pulled over on Saturday, May 28, 2022, in the Napa Valley for driving under the influence and having a blood alcohol content of over 0.08.
Update: Police Arrested Paul Pelosi for a DUI Following a CAR CRASH
Now, there are more details about the event. He was only spotted by officers after his 2021 Porsche was hit by a Jeep at 10:26 PM that Saturday. Bystanders called the crash in and the California Highway Patrol showed up.
After a failed sobriety test, he was arrested and booked into the Napa County Detention Center at 11:44 PM. Pelosi would leave jail on $5,000 bail. Fortunately, no one was injured in the car crash.
Paul Pelosi hasn’t addressed the incident and nor has his wife, Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi. Since it happened over Memorial Day weekend, that’s to be expected, and honestly, I don’t expect either of them to speak on the DUI or the crash outside of mentioning that Paul is fine.
What do you think? Will the Pelosis address the incident? Is it necessary? Or is this a non-issue and they will ignore it? Let us know down below.
