Hello and welcome to WWE Raw Live Results!
Tonight looks like it’ll be an interesting with a contract signing and Championship Contenders Match for the tag titles between Riddle and Shinsuke Nakamura vs. The Usos.
We’ll be back to get WWE Raw Live Results rolling at the 8 p.m. EST showtime as we move closer to Hell in a Cell.
Segment 1
Becky Lynch kicked the show off by reciting her history with Asuka, then Asuka and Bianca Belair came out respectively, and they booted Lynch from the ring so they could start their match.
We’re sure Lynch will interfere in some way.
Segment 2
A solid back and forth to start, they took each other over the top rope in front of Lynch with the commentators as we headed to commercial.
Segment 3
Asuka tried to roll up Belair, but Belair countered it into her own pin for the win, and Lynch attacked them both and hit a pair of Manhandle Slams.
Segment 4
The Mysterios (Dominik, Rey, And Ezekiel vs. Alpha Academy (Chad Gable, Otis,) and Kevin Owens
The action started fast as Rey set the pace against Gable, and Dominik had a good run before he was eventually sent to the floor by Gable as we headed to commercial.
Segment 5
This was a fun match with several apron clearing moments before Gable ate a double 619 and a stalling twisting suplex from Ezekiel for the win.
After the match, Owens tore apart the announce desk out of frustration.
Segment 6
Rollins interrupted Cody’s promo and after taunting Cody, Cody went after him and they fought around the ring and in the fans until officials came out to break them up.
Segment 7
Alexa Bliss vs. Doudrop w/Nikki ASH
Doudrop dominated, but Bliss avoided a Vader Bomb and hit a Twisted Bliss for the win.
Segment 8
The Street Profits took over Miz TV, then a 24/7 scrum happened where Tamina pinned Dana Brooke, and Tozawa pinned Tamina to win the title.
Segment 9
Mustafa Ali vs. Ciampa
Ciampa dominated through most of the match, and when Ali started to turn it around Theory pulled him off the top rope and stomped away for the DQ, then told Ali their US title match will happen right now.
Segment 10
United States Championship – Theory (c) vs. Mustafa Ali
When the match started, Theory was in control, and despite a flurry by Ali, Theory caught him off the top rope with his finisher to win.
Adam Pearce came out and told Theory that Mr. McMahon wants to see him and Ali in a fair rematch at HIAC.
Segment 11
Championship Contenders Match – The Usos (Jimmy, Jey) vs. Shinsuke Nakamura and Riddle
This started with a great back and forth and Riddle broke up a pin on Nakamura following a Uso Splash as we headed to commercial.
Segment 12
This was a great back and forth until Jimmy hit Riddle with a chair or something and the ref disqualified them to move the match on. Two of these endings out of three matches feels like bad booking and robbed from the effect it’d have.
Segment 13
Liv Morgan vs. Rhea Ripley
Liv went after Ripley from the start, and attempted a hurricanrana off the apron, but Ripley caught her and slammed her into the barricade as we headed to commercial.
Segment 14
This was a great match Liv won after she hit a backstabber for the win.
Styles and Balor nailed Priest with a Phenomenal Forearm and Coup de Grace respectively, and Live nailed Ripley with a missile dropkick. No Edge tonight.
Segment 15
Lashley and MVP has their back and forth over the contract signing, and afterwards Omos and Lashley cleared the ring of the furniture and security, but Cedric Alexander nailed Lashley with a chop block.
Omos set a table up in the corner of the ring, but Lashley fought free and speared him through it was MVP retreated to the floor to close the show.
The episode had some quality matches, but similar endings on a couple of them took way some of the power, but it was a typical Raw overall. What did you think of it?
