Prince William has been slammed for publicising petty feuds in the public domain.
Boris Johnson’s Ex-Girlfriend BLASTS ‘Petulant’ Prince William Over ‘Family Petty Squabbles’-‘Allowed Meghan To Be Viciously Attacked…Reap What They Sow’
The Royal family’s personal affairs have been well-documented of late. Prince Andrew’s sexual assault scandal has tarnished the Royal family’s reputation.
This includes William’s too, as he was heavily criticised for failing to address his uncle’s scandal when he was asked directly by the media.
In response, William decided to walk off which was a kick in the teeth to those who were still pursuing justice as part of the Jeffrey Epstein scandal.
Not only that, but William’s ongoing feud with his brother Prince Harry and then Meghan Markle has also become a pantomime. And with William ultimately being one of the future leaders of the monarchy, he has to set an example worth following.
Petronella Wyatt, who happens to be the ex-girlfriend of British Prime Minister Boris Johnson, had this to say: “William is petulant and their family petty squabbles are in the papers almost daily.
“This would not have happened on Prince Philip’s watch.” With that being said, William does have his work cut out going forward. Just as the Queen is not getting any younger, Charles is not exactly the most popular member in the public eye.
After all, he did damage his reputation by having an affair with Duchess Camilla during his time with the late Princess Diana. And this negative sentiment was precisely the comments that began to emerge on social media.
A certain subset of people questioned whether William had what it took to lead the monarchy going forward.
One person wrote: “They allowed Meghan to be viciously attacked by the media when they could have stopped it, and now the media is turning against them. They reap what they sow.”
The credibility of the Royal family is facing serious questions, and William will be tasked in making sure that it commands the trust of the public.
But the question remains is can he do it? Time will tell. So there you have it folks. What did you think about this? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section below.
