Karl Anderson is back in NJPW, and is looking to show he can still perform at a high level as a singles wrestler. He’d take aim at Tama Tonga right away, a man who recently was kicked out of BULLET CLUB – but also claimed the NEVER Openweight Championship. Now, these two men who were once part of the ‘Core Four’ of BULLET CLUB back in 2013 will clash.
We can’t expect much in the way of emotions however, even given their past – as BULLET CLUB has proven heartless, with even Gedo turning on Jado, ending a two decade plus friendship – all in the name of Jay White. Earlier tonight, Tama was announced for the G1 Climax – but Anderson was not, adding some potential extra animosity.
Karl Anderson & Doc Gallows Are The Masters Of Misdirection
Tama would hit the ring and nail a dropkick, before beating Anderson down into the corner. This one quickly became a brawl on the floor, as commentary explained the Gallows & Anderson passed down their signature moves to G.O.D when they went to WWE, namely the Magic Killer & Gun Stun. Anderson would look for a GunStun on the ramp.
Tama would easily block this, before hitting a snap suplex at ringside. Anderson would be driven into the barricade, before being rolled back into the ring. Gallows would distract Tama, allowing Anderson to hit a GunStun over the top rope. Anderson would distract the referee, setting up a chokeslam onto the apron from Gallows.
Tama would be beaten down on the floor, and would have to pull himself back into the ring. Anderson would rest in the ring, and jump on his opponent for some downward punches as soon as Tama hit the ring. He’d get a two count for his efforts, before a scoop slam.
Some closed fists to the head would follow, Anderson taking a very deliberate approach to this match. Side Headlock would follow, but Tama refused to give up. Tama was thrown from the ring, and Gallows would almost cause more damage. Jado made the save, and Gallows was shoved into the ring post.
Tama Tonga Meets A True Gun-Stun
Tama would fire up, and hit the flying crossbody in the ring. Anderson & Tama would trade forearm blows, before Anderson was levelled with a lariat. The crowd was fully behind Tama as he nailed the dropkick. Tama would go up top, but was crotched and brought back down to the ring. Spinebuster would land from Anderson, but he couldn’t get the TKO.
Tama would hit the Veleno DDT, before looking for Gun Stun. Anderson blocked and hit the jumping powerbomb for a two count. Benard Driver was blocked into the Tongan Twist, but Tama would only get a two count. Anderson would hit the uppercut, before taking a snap enziguri.
Anderson would dodge the splash into the corner, before hitting a quick neckbreaker. He’d tell Tama the GunStun was coming, thinking there was no counter. Tama would block two of them, before going for one of his own. Anderson would block, before Benard Driver for the two count.
Tama responded with the Death Valley Bomb, before the Supreme Flow off the top rope. He’d look for the Tiger Driver ‘97, before Anderson would use Gallows as fodder to hit the GunStun for the win. Karl Anderson claims the NEVER Openweight Championship for the first time in his career.

I am making $92 an hour working from home. i was greatly surprised at the same time as my neighbour advised me she changed into averaging $ninety five however I see the way it works now. I experience mass freedom now that I’m my non-public boss.
