NeNe Leakes may have a new man in her life…but that man just so happens to be someone else’s husband. NeNe and Nyonisela Sioh went public with their romance in December, and now his wife, Malomine Tehmeh-Sioh, has filed a lawsuit alleging that their extramarital affair ended the marriage.
According to court documents, Tehmen-Sioh blames NeNe for interfering with her marital bliss and wants the ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ alum to pay for what she’s done. Tehmen-Sioh suggests that NeNe’s social media presence has caused her distress and public humiliation, and she’s seeking $100,000 in damages.

The docs are full of salacious allegations that suggest NeNe is the sole reason behind the former couple’s failed marriage. Tehmen-Sioh claims that she and her husband “enjoyed a genuine happy marital relationship” and had an “active sexual relationship” before NeNe came into the picture.
The lawsuit also claims that NeNe and Sioh “engaged in an ongoing romantic, uninhibited, and adulterous affair” while Sioh “repeatedly lied to [his wife] about his whereabouts.” The lawsit further suggests that, “As a result of the adulterous relationship between [Leakes] and [Sioh], the love and affection which existed between [Tehmeh-Sioh] and [Sioh] was alienated, estranged, and destroyed.”
Suing your husband’s mistress may seem like a strange move, but it is perfectly legal in the state of North Carolina where the Siohs reside. Nyonisela Sioh married Malomine Tehmeh-Sioh on November 10, 2016 and together they share an 11-year-old son, Nyoni. As for Leakes, she was married to Gregg Leakes from 1997 until 2021 when he passed away from colon cancer.
Of course, this isn’t the only legal battle that NeNe Leakes is currently involved in. Earlier this year, she filed a lawsuit against several television networks including Bravo, as well as Andy Cohen, for alleged discrimination that took place when she used to film RHOA.
