Wes Lee has been finding his place in WWE outside of a tag team, and a recent victory over Xyon Quinn has helped to restore some of his confidence. However, Quinn views this as a lucky pull for Lee, and wants proof it was not a fluke. Thus, a rematch has been set – and Lee will look to prove luck had nothing to do with the previous victory.
Before this match, Duke Hudson would smooth talk his way into an NXT Championship match later this tonight, where he will look to get another when over Bron Breakker. However this time, a DQ will get him nowhere.
He needs to properly beat the champion.
Wes Lee Cuts Xyon Quinn Down To Size
This is the third singles meeting between Quinn & Lee, with the record tied 1-1. Last time, Quinn dominated all but the most important three seconds of the match. Lee would get two off a quick roll up, before cutting Quinn down with some kicks.
Quinn would catch a kick before lifting Lee up into a slam, before being launched – but Lee stuck the landing. Lee hit the ropes to gain some speed, but practically ran into a brick wall. After some choking on the mat, Quinn would remain cocky, take the backflip kick to the head and Spiral Tap for the finish. Let’s see him call this one a fluke as well.
The Dyad Step Into The Ring
Joe Gacy might have not been able to claim the NXT Championship, but this does not mean the movement is done. Alongside The Dyad, Gacy still plans to share his message of peace with the world. Tonight, The Dyad make their tag team debuts – which could give some hints at just who is beneath the robes. Their opponents are Dante Chen & Javier Bernal.
Remaining in their velvet robes, Dyad #1 would hit a jumping forearm smash before getting taken into the corner. Chen & Bernal hit some quick tag team offence. Dyad #2 tagged in and showed some heavy forearm smashes, before Dyad #1 tagged into the match again. Chen hit a boot to the face, before Bernal hit a dropkick.
Manhattan Drop and Russian Leg Sweep would follow, before Dyad #1 hit a short lariat. Elevated DDT would follow, and The Dyad win. Gacy would say that The Dyad took the steps to make their next steps. Crowds should not boo them for wanting to be something bigger. Gacy knows many feel the same, and someday soon if enough people get on board – NXT will become a peaceful place.

I am making $92 an hour working from home. i was greatly surprised at the same time as my neighbour advised me she changed into averaging $ninety five however I see the way it works now. I experience mass freedom now that I’m my non-public boss.
