Tonight’s Hell in a Cell Go Home episode should be an interesting one as the final matches and storylines will be set and Madcap Moss makes his return to get even with Happy Corbin.
We’ll be back and ready to kick WWE Smackdown Live Results into gear at the 8 p.m. EST showtime.
Segment 1
The New Day and Drew McIntyre celebrated their win last seek, and the BRawling Brutes interrupted them with Butch running into the ring and being cast out.
Rematch on the way?
Segment 2
New Day (Kofi Kingston, Xavier Woods) and Drew McIntyre vs. The Brawling Brutes (Sheamus, Ridge Holland, Butch)
The match was underway when the commercial ended, but the New Day’s energy was off the charts early on as they took it to the Brawling Brutes and took out Sheamus and Ridge with dives as we headed to commercial.
Segment 3
This was a good match to start the night off with Butch hitting the Bitter End on Woods for the win.
Segment 4
Max DuPri promised Adam Pearce that we’ll see his new client he pulled off Instagram debut next week.
Segment 5
Humberto w/Angel vs. Jinder Mahal w/Shanky
This was a decent match though quick as Shanky distracted the ref for Mahal to roll up Humberto for the win. Afterwards, Mahal refused to dance with him, so Shanky and the ring announcer danced a little to celebrate.
Segment 6
Six Pack Challenge – Natalya Defeated Shotzi (Pin), Raquel Rodriguez, Aliyah, Shayna Baszler, and Xia Li
This was a good match, though it felt it could’ve gone longer instead of the rushed feeling it had. But Natalya showed her experience by allowing Raquel to do all the damage, then she slipped in to pin Shotzi.
Segment 7
Moss came out and said Madcap Moss is dead and he buried him, and he demanded Corbin face him.
Corbin refused, but Adam Pearce made the match.
Segment 8
Moss vs. Happy Corbin
This was a quick but fulfilling match as Moss took it to Corbin, but he was DQed when he hit Corbin with a chair. He then wore the chair out on Corbin and went to do what Corbin did to him but with the ring steps. Officials came out and stopped him, so there’s plenty more to come.
Segment 9
Undisputed Tag Team Championship – The Usos (Jimmy and Jey) vs. Riddle and Shinsuke Nakamura
Things were going well, but Nakamura missed a kinsasha and hit the ring steps, and the Usos took out his injured leg so he had to be helped to the back.
Riddle took the fight to the Usos to continue the match and held the ring as we headed to commercial.
Segment 10
Riddle put in a great effort and almost had the win when Sami Zayn played Roman Reigns’ music. Riddle still hit a Super RKO on Jimmy, but Jey was the legal man and he immediately his an Uso Splash on Riddle for the win.
Zayn came out to greet the Usos, and Riddle went after as officials came out to break up the brawl.
