Meghan Markle had reportedly flirted with golfer Rory McIIroy to the point where her boyfriend Cory Vitiello suspected if they had cheated.

Meghan, for her part, first came across Rory during the course of the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge. After Rory had nominated her, Meghan agreed to do it if Rory threw the ice over her personally.
And in doing so, it is claimed that she insisted that he come see her at her friend’s apartment in order to do that. As the challenge went ahead, it is claimed that they had some drinks after which impacted Rory’s golf game.
In his book “Revenge: Meghan, Harry and the War Between the Windsors,” Tom Bower wrote: “He refused to sleep as usual near the golf course to be ready the following day. Instead, he drove back to New York to see Meghan.
“His performance suffered.” And this was just the start. Tom expanded on Meghan attending the One Young World conference, Dublin with Cory in order to see Rory.
And it was here where speculation emerged that something may have happened between the pair. Tom added: “She was spotted looking ‘smitten’, gazing intently at McIlroy. Again he challenged Meghan. ‘Had there been an affair?”
While Meghan denied doing anything of the sort, Tom began to question the Duchess of Sussex’s motives for behaving this way. He alleges that this was designed in order to boost her public profile.
And as Rory is one of golfing’s biggest superstars, by being in his company, Meghan could have benefited. Tom following comments confirmed as much: “She encouraged the media to publish photographs of McIlroy and herself.
“As she would later admit, she ‘occasionally set up a paparazzi photo or let info slip out to the press.'” In reality, only Meghan and Rory know if anything did go down between the pair.
