While the men’s Money in the Bank legacy dates back to 2005, the women’s money in the bank has been around since 2017. Every single time someone has cashed in the Women’s Money in the Bank briefcase, we’ve seen a new champion named. That makes tonight’s match essentially a title win, and Alexa Bliss, Lacey Evans, Raquel Gonzalez, Asuka, Shotzi, and especially Becky Lynch would relish that chance. It will be an intense ladder match, and only one can claim the briefcase here tonight.

    Total Chaos To Start

Lynch & Asuka would clear the ring to begin before Lynch was taken out with a kick. Shotzi shoved a ladder into the ring, and Lynch shoved Asuka face first into it. Asuka would respond with a bulldog onto the ladder, before Morgan hit the ring and took a knee to the face.

Rodriguez would flaunt her power and take Asuka out, before Morgan & Lynch worked together before being suplexed onto the ladder. Shotzi would hit a crossbody splash, before Evans & Asuka helped to drive Rodriguez into the corner using a ladder.

Morgan ran up the ladder into a knee strike, before everyone would get piled up on the ladder before a legdrop from Lynch. Bliss came off the top rope with a Molly Go Round, and would get a chance to climb the ladder. Rodriguez would be there to stop her climb, before Asuka & Shotzi would clear the ring.

Asuka tried to make the climb, but was stopped by Evans – before Lynch tilted both off the ladder. They’d exchange strikes, with Evans winning out. Shotzi stopped her climb, before Evans would keep going and touch the briefcase. Rodriguez and Morgan would going the climb, and Morgan hit a sunset flip powerbomb from the top of the ladder.

Liv Morgan Lives Up To Her Potential

Shotzi & Bliss would try to climb, but would cancel each other out. Lynch caught Shotzi alone on the ladder and started her climb, only to be yanked hard all the way down to the mat. Shotzi made the error of going for the senton, and instead landing on a ladder. Asuka kicked Lynch out, before Rodriguez would meet her.

Rodriguez would slam Asuka down onto the floor, before draping a ladder between the ring and announce table. Asuka would avoid a powerbomb through the ladder, and lock in the triangle choke. Rampage Escape would work, before Lynch would kick Rodriguez in the gut, set Asuka up on the ladder, and look for Dublin Air, and got all of it.

Back in the ring, Shotzi would be standing up and setting up a ladder. Evans, Bliss & Rodriguez would all set up ladders, before Lynch shoved them all down. She’d make the climb, but Morgan was there to take her down – and she claimed the briefcase!

Will we see Liv Morgan cash in before the end of the night? Let us know what you think in the comment section down below.

A wrestling fan practically since birth, who has been hooked since he got his first toy wrestling ring for Christmas as a child. Since getting access to the internet, he's watched more wrestling than he could ever remember from all around the world. It's hard to keep track of what happens in the wild world of professional wrestling, but he always tries to stay up to date. Note: No relation to Tully Blanchard of Four Horsemen fame (probably).
