A feud between the ex-spouses Kevin Federline and Britney Spears happens right before our eyes years after their divorce. The couple is now going public and blames one another for the way their ‘boys’ were raised.
Britney Spears recently took to Instagram to complain about the attitude of her sons as she claimed that they don’t want to interact with her at all. She called them ‘hateful’ and this obviously touched Kevin’s nerve. Or did it?

“I know that teenagers are just hard to deal with at that age … but COME ON, there’s being rude then there’s being HATEFUL … they would visit me, walk in the door, go straight to their room and lock the door !!!” – the singer says. “I’m like why come visit me if they don’t even visit me !!! But I never said that because I have to be kind !!!”
“It breaks my heart because it seems to me that these days, cruelty does in fact win, although it’s not about winning or losing !!! But I can’t process how I dedicated 20 years of my life to those kids … everything was about them !!! For them to knock the breath out of me.” – she adds.
We know that Britney had been a victim of her family’s greed and selfishness for a long period. Now when finally she is free from them, a greedy ex-husband shows up to cause her further problems.
Kevin Federline did not stay silent on Britney’s post. He returned the ball to her half of the yard by posting a video of her being an ‘abusive mother’. He states that the ‘lies must stop’ and that he is supporting his sons no matter what.
One question rises that only Kevin can answer. Why was he filming her abusing his children, when he could have just stopped the whole thing by getting involved?
Is there a possibility that he has some more dirt on Britney? If so, his greedy nature might push him into a brilliant idea. According to unofficial sources, Federline does have more videos of her but is not posting them so he can extradite money from his ex.
He has a public label of being a parasite living on Britney’s back for quite some time. For years he had been receiving more than $100k per child for both of his sons. Most probably he still does.
Britney’s legal team reached out to Federline after the video and asked for its immediate taking down. They asked for the private matters of the singer to stay private.
“Britney has faithfully supported her children and she loves them dearly. Whether he realizes it or not, Mr. Federline has not only violated the privacy and dignity of the mother of his children, he has undermined his own children, whose privacy he should protect.” – the legal team’s statement reads.
“Putting aside his ITV interview, Mr. Federline’s ill-advised decision to post an old video of his 11 and 12-year-old children was cruel, bottom-of-the-barrel stuff. It was abhorrent.” – the letter continues. “In addition to demeaning himself and violating societal norms, he has now also created various legal issues for himself including, but not limited to, implicating cyber-harassment and cyber-bullying statutes, among other things.”
“We are working with Instagram to ensure that Mr. Federline adheres to its rules and we are exploring all appropriate relief against him. In the meantime, as Britney, herself poignantly said, whatever is occurring between her and her boys should remain private. We urge Mr. Federline to act with a measure of grace and decency and to cease publicly discussing private matters, which benefits no one.”
In fact, the one that started the feud is Kevin himself. He gave an interview to the daily mail, where he openly stated that his sons don’t even want to see their mother. He explains that there is a chain of situations that led to this repellent feeling towards her. However, what fuelled it most, is her wedding and her constant dropping of nude photos on social media.
“‘Look, maybe that’s just another way she tries to express herself,’ ” Federline says. “But that doesn’t take away from the fact of what it does to them. It’s tough. I can’t imagine how it feels to be a teenager having to go to high school.”
Britney finally replied to this statement with an Instagram story where she expresses her disappointment in her ex-husband’s decision to speak about this publicly.
“It saddens me to hear that my ex-husband has decided to discuss the relationship between me and my children.” – Britney states. “As we all know, raising teenage boys is never easy for anyone. It concerns me the reason is based on my Instagram. It was LONG before Instagram.”
Britney’s current husband, Sam Asghari also expressed his support for Britney, stating that her videos are ‘modest’ and that they help her reach a new level of ‘freedom’.
The public is uncertain how to react to the photos that Britney drops on social media every now and then. However, her children obviously undergo some vicious traumatic moments. The whole world comments on Britney’s current mental health and the reason behind these semi-nudes.
Kevin on the other hand is accused on the internet of not being protective of his children. While he can interfere and ‘stop’ the ‘abuse’, he decides to go the distance and do nothing, but film a video of the moment.
There are people that see the whole situation in which Britney is put as a ‘normal’ situation in which all mothers found themselves at some point in their life.
