This news arrives on the back end of Tom Bower’s book ‘Revenge: Meghan, Harry and the War Between the Windsors,’ which came out last month.
And as part of that, there had been several claims made about Meghan, most notably the fact that she had made Kate Middleton cry in the run up to her wedding over disagreements about bridesmaid dresses.
With that being said, Omid’s book hopes to offer “exclusive revelations [on a] new chapter of royal life.” This begs the question: what can we expect?
Well, it is possible that the book will aim to counter the claims that were made by Tom in order to portray the couple in a more positive light.
Not only that, but there is also a possibility that it will touch upon Harry’s tell-all memoir that should be out by then, coupled with the duo’s recent return to the UK for Queen Elizabeth’s Platinum Jubilee.
Moreover, the timeline of the books could be crucial. Harry’s memoir is expected to drop at Christmas this year, while Omid’s book should be the following year. And that would aim to counter the negative press that Harry and Meghan have received.
The reaction from the fans on social media was mixed. A certain subset were already speculating on what the book could contain, while others were not very enthusiastic about it.
One person wrote: “Probably has more details on Prince William and his pegging which would be crazy,” while another person stated: “More nasty accusations, lies and sprinkled with M being ‘fabulous, loved and Di 2.0’.”
With so many questions still yet to be resolved, Harry’s memoir could throw another spanner in the works at a time where relations with the Royal family are strained.
