Tonight looks like it’s going to be a fun one with a gauntlet match to determine Liv Morgan’s next challenger and more.
Without further ado, let’s dive into the action!
The show opened with a video recap of SummerSlam, then switched to the Usos arriving at the arena behind Roman Reigns.

Corbin was backstage watching with a good portion of the roster watching him, and he challenged Ricochet after Ricochet gave him grief about karma being an issue.
Ricochet vs. Happy Corbin
After circling each other, Ricochet hit a step up kick, avoided an End of Days, then sent Corbin to the floor with a kick so he could hit a moonsault.
Corbin caught him with a clothesline, but spent more time glaring at the fans and Pat McAfee as they mocked him. It’s going to cost him at some point.
Corbin kept things under control with an elbow and a right, but Ricochet caught him with a stomp and a couple of kicks, but Corbin sent him into the ring post as we headed to commercial.

After Ricochet fought back, Corbin sent him into orbit with a backdrop for a pin attempt.
Ricochet turned up the heat with a combination closed off with a shooting star for a near pinfall.
Corbin caught him off the ropes and hit a neckbreaker for a near pinfall and to regain momentum while the fans chanted “Bum a—Corbin!”.
Ricochet went for a couple of sunset flips, but Corbin caught him with a Deep Six for a near pinfall.
Ricochet took advantage of Corbin being focused on McAfee to hit a Recoil followed by a shooting star press for the win.
After the match, McAfee and Ricochet threw a football back and forth and McAfee punted it into the stands.
Backstage Sami Zayn tried to get in to see Roman Reigns but the Usos told him it wasn’t a good time and they’d text him.
Shinsuke Nakamura vs. Ludwig Kaiser w/GUNTHER
Ludwig had control early following their lockup via a wrist lock and an elbow and then worked Nakamura over in a corner.
Nakamura fought back and quickly took over with a knee, kick, and a knee drop for a pin attempt.
Ludwig reversed out of a rear waist lock and hit a spinning front slam off the ropes as we headed to commercial.

Nakamura kept chopping Ludwig down, and took the opportunity to get into GUNTHER’s face.
Ludwig countered a Kinsasha with an uppercut and a near pinfall.
Nakamura caught him with a step up kick and then a Kinsasha for the win. Nakamura will face GUNTHER for the Intercontinental Championship next week. Awesome match.
Kofi Kingston interviewed backstage and said Xavier Woods is resting and he’ll be back with them. He then pointed out the power of positivity is more than a catchphrase, and it’s almost time to make them pay for what they did to Woods.
