The duo caused a major stir with their relationship due to the huge age gap between them. Sheri, for her part, was 43-years-old at the time. Meanwhile, Yung was just 26.
But given that Yung had a tendency to go after older women, he viewed Sheri in high regard as he referred to her as the Queen of Milfs. But the background to their relationship was complicated.
Sheri had split from her ex-husband Monty Lopez. They parted ways following allegations that he had been unfaithful. And yet, Sheri’s new relationship had allegedly caused Addison to become overwhelmed as she was clearly uncomfortable by it all.
Things did not get easier, though, when Sheri and Yung were pictured making out in front of the cameras at the 2022 VMA awards. Despite that being the case, things are now over.
A source confirmed the following: “It was very short lived and they wanted to get people talking. Sheri definitely was interested in him and loved the attention but they both knew it wasn’t going to be anything serious.”
This should not come as a surprise since the pair had simply gotten together over social media. Therefore, there was always the inevitable conclusion that things had moved too fast.
And now that they are no longer together, Yung’s prior comments were very telling as a simple exchange of DMs led to a fleeting romance.
His following comments confirmed as much: “She basically showed some love and DMed me at one point. So I started showing some love back and now we’re just being cute.”
The fans on social media could not help but ridicule the whole relationship. And in the process, people were not surprised to see things break down, as they commented on just how quick things had materialised. One person wrote: “That was fast.”
