Australian TV presenters Kylie Gillies and Larry Emdur have brutally shaded Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s latest portrait photo.
Australian Presenters Humiliate Sussexes With Parody Of Their Portrait Photo-Called Them ‘The Duke And Duchess Of BS’
The portrait was released shortly after King Charles III’s picture showed him standing alongside Queen Consort Camilla, Prince William and Kate Middleton. And as part of that process, this was seen as a new Fab Four.
That picture was met by the Sussexes releasing their own, which has now been parodied by the two presenters. In the side-by -side picture here, we can see the hosts copying the exact pose of Harry and Meghan holding hands.
In addition, Kylie is wearing a red dress in the same manner that Meghan was doing. The post was captured by the following comments: “The Duke and Duchess of BS. That’s my caption.
“Larry’s caption is: At least two men in this photo have played naked billiards in Vegas. And at least two women in this photo would do anything to get the keys to a Castle.”
The timing of the photo from the Sussexes was crucial. First of all, it demonstrated that Harry and Meghan wanted to show the world that they were united in spite of their recent unpopularity.
Secondly, it fits in line with the comments made by King Charles III. In his first speech to the nation, he was adamant that the Sussexes’ future lied away from the firm.
After all, he wished Harry and Meghan the best with their lives overseas. This appears to have been taken up by the couple, who are showing no signs of looking back.
The fans on social media could not help but laugh at the parody. And in the process of doing so, the comments were very harsh indeed. One person wrote: “I know which Duchess I prefer and it’s not the BS variety.”
