Kim Kardashian’s ‘The System’ podcast is topping the charts on Spotify this week, surpassing the popularity of ‘The Joe Rogan Experience’ and Meghan Markle’s ‘Archetypes’. Last week she did better than the new popular podcast ‘Call her daddy’ and the ‘Huberman Lab’. When it comes to podcasts with similar thematic, she is well above ‘Crime Junkie’.
Kim Kardashian’s New Podcast Puts Joe Rogan And Meghan Markle in Shadow As It Takes Over The First Place
The reality show star decided to air a podcast where she would speak about ‘true crime’. Her podcast aired less than a week ago and already marked a huge success. The first episode is elaborating on the case of the murderer Kevin Keith, with the main detail – Kim Kardashian thinks that he is not guilty for the crime.
Kim Kardashian believes that Kevin Keith is wrongfully convicted. The court sentenced him to death in 1994. In the two episodes, accompanied by Lori Rothschild Ansaldi, Kim goes through various investigation tapes, old news articles, and court transcripts. She listens to interviews with the murderer and his friends and family and elaborates on statements made by officials involved in the case.
The Kevin Keith case is controversial because, at the time, he had a strong alibi. For 28 years, Kevin’s family is working on clearing his name. And Kim Kardashian is here to help.
“I’ve only been on the case about a year.” – Kim Kardashian says. “It really spoke to me. The whole situation sucks. And I just don’t feel like they gave him a fair shot.”
It is not questionable that the world wants to see and hear more from Kim Kardashian. Especially in a form of a podcast.
As always, Kim Kardashian is very good at advertising her work. So this time, she decided to go ‘the old way’ and posed for a huge billboard put in Calabasas. Her face is in the first plan of the advertisement, accompanied by the name of the podcast written in big bold letters.
Until now, the reality star aired only two episodes. It is uncertain for how long, or how consistent will the podcast be, however, it is reported that it should be updated with new episodes weekly.
