Prince Harry Gives Fans An Update On Archie And Lilibet-‘Archie Is Very Busy, Lili Is Learning To Use Her Voice’
The Duke of Sussex had been expected to attend the WellChild Awards, alongside his wife Meghan Markle, only for the plans to be scuppered.
This was following the sudden passing of Queen Elizabeth II. While that may have been the case, it seems that Harry was still intent on doing his bit for the charity.
After all, he has been a patron since 2007. With that being sad, Harry had a conversation with 4-year-old Henry Waines and his parents Shevonne and Ben. And by the looks of it, they had quite a few things in common.
In his comments, Harry said: “My name is Henry as well, but everyone calls me Harry. Don’t ask, I have no idea why,” to which Shevonne added: “You are the inspiration for why Henry is called Henry.”
It is fair to say that Henry is a remarkable boy. He received the ‘Inspirational Child Award,’ something which Harry had been on course to give him prior to the event being canceled.
While it was not possible to do that, Harry could not help but see parallels between Harry and his own kids. Not only are they both very young and around a similar age, it seems the mannerisms were the same too.
Harry’s following comments confirmed as much: “Tell you what, you sound just like my son, Archie. … The same little squeaky voice. I love it.”
Once the conversation had turned away from Henry, there were question marks concerning Archie and lilibet. After all, they have been kept out of the limelight which is exactly what the Sussexes wanted to do.
But that did not stop people from being curious, especially Henry, who asked about their well-being. In response, Harry stated: “They’re doing great. Archie is very, very busy, and Lili is learning to use her voice, which is great.”
So there you have it folks. What did you think about this? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section below.
