Sister Wives season 17 has been full of sad drama and viewers have found it difficult to watch. Now, if people that only watch them on TV could feel this way, image what their friends and family feel about the Brown family’s present state? The first family that comes to mind is the Dargers – also a plural family that shares a tight bond with the Browns.
The two families have known each other for many years and fans will recall that Joe and his three wives appeared on the show in the past. The Dargers, who live peacefully in one home have always been Kody’s mentor. Due to their closeness, a fan wanted to hear their opinion and reached out to them. They tweeted, “What are your feelings on the current season of sisterwives? I’d love to hear your take.”
The Darger Family Speak Out On How They Feel About Season 17
The Darger Family replied, “Can’t watch it. Too hard to see people you care about self-destruct on TV knowing that most of what is reality TV is not real.” However, their response didn’t go down well with fans. They wanted a precise answer.
A Redditor wrote, “I’m not sure I understand what he’s saying. Is he saying that their self-destruction is not real because reality tv isn’t real?? Or that the Browns have forgotten that reality tv isn’t real and allowed it to effect them so much that now they self-destructing?!?!”
Another added, “I’m pretty sure this guy is pro Kody. In their world men are always right.” This could also be confirmed when Sister Wives patriarch, Kody Brown talked about the ‘manosphere’ while talking about his daughter, Truely’s custody yesterday.
Eventually, a fan used the Dargers’ words against them, “I think maybe when his family was on TV they faked a lot of their lives for production. Maybe they are not as happy as they claimed.” Overall, the way it turned out saddened people’s hearts. Thankfully, Christine, who has left the family, is doing fine as a single mother.
