When Bryan Danielson went one on one with Sammy Guevara, we saw the Guevara who was able to defeat Miro to become TNT Champion. His layers of cockiness were ripped away, the great wrestler underneath was able to shine through over the course of an incredible match. Tonight, they meet once again – but this time, it’s Best Two Out Of Three Falls.
Jericho has instructed Guevara to tear Danielson apart, to ensure the match at Full Gear over the ROH World Championship ends up as a triple threat, which would benefit the Jericho Appreciation Society. Danielson is also happy when someone tries to come at him a second time – as it’s another chance to stomp a head in.

GTH Ties The Match Up
Back in the ring, Guevara would rain down the right hands to the face of Danielson – aiming for that cut to try and get the blood to drip into the eye. Guevara is showing his violent edge tonight for sure, and even getting two back to back falls could be possible like that. A jumping knee and the GTH would follow, and Guevara would pin Danielson to tie this up 1:1.
Guevara would look to keep the pressure on, putting Danielson on the top rope. Danielson would shove Guevara off, only for him to leap back to the top rope. Guevara would look for a dive, only to take a knee strike just below the jaw. He’d roll to the floor, where Danielson followed with a diving knee strike before some chops and kicks to the chest of Guevara.
