Prince Harry has been heavily criticised for his memoir, Spare, on the grounds that he should be moving on with his life and not be stuck in the past.
Prince Harry Accused Of Being Stuck In The Past-‘For Goodness Sake, After All The Therapy He’s Had, He Should Start Moving On,’ Says Angela Levin
That is the view of royal expert Angela Levin. Her main grievances centred around the fact that Harry should be more focused on looking after his immediate family.
After all, he is living overseas with his wife Meghan Markle with reports that the pair could consider having a third child to follow Archie and Lilibet.
And since the passing of Queen Elizabeth II had hoped to offer the Sussexes with a chance to start things afresh, the memoir unfortunately will do anything but that.
After all, the title of the memoir has left Angela wondering if Harry still views himself as a spare in the family. In her comments, she said: “I just think that’s the most hideous title and it’s nonsense.
“He was next popular to the Queen and he liked to muck about, to be a bit naughty, he was full of energy.” If Harry was at one point seen as the spare, the same cannot be said now.
He has managed to remain relevant even if it has been for controversial reasons. He has continued with many ventures since leaving the firm which was typified by the Sussexes lucrative deals with Spotify and Netflix.
In addition, Harry has taken on the role as a Chief Impact Officer for BetterUp. And in the process of doing so, the Duke of Sussex has shown he will do what he wants.
Angela’s following comments confirmed as much: “He wants to do what he wants to do when he wants. So, for goodness sake, after all the therapy he’s had, he should start moving on.”
If stepping out of the shadows means that Harry has to trample on a few people, then he has shown he may be willing to do just that. So there you have it folks. What did you think about this? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section below.
