Kate Middleton’s Role Has Changed Since Becoming Princess of Wales-‘Her Confidence Signals Have Been On An Upward Trajectory,’ Says Body Language Expert Judi James
That is according to body language expert Judi James. Kate was following in the footsteps of Queen Consort Camilla, but it is the comparisons with Princess Diana that will ultimately be examined.
The title of Princess of Wales has become synonymous with Diana, given she is arguably the most popular member of the Royal Family ever. But rather than be pressured by the expectations that would emerge, Kate appears to have embraced things.
This was very significant since the departure of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle from the Royal Family in 2020 ultimately led her to embrace more duties.
In her comments, Judi said: “Kate’s body language has changed since she became Princess of Wales, but perhaps not in the way that people might have expected.
“The pressure could have caused some signs of anxiety and even imposter syndrome, but instead her confidence signals have been on an upward trajectory recently.”
Those comments do hold some weight upon further examination. First of all, Kate was praised for her reaction in response to a female heckler during a visit in Northern Ireland.
During the course of that process, the woman in question made it clear that Ireland was only for the Irish. In response, Kate simply smiled and carried on with her duties which showed a sign of maturity.
Secondly, Kate also recently broke royal tradition when she happened to take a selfie with a member of the crowd during a royal visit in Scarborough. And all of that suggests that Kate is writing her own chapter.
Judi’s following comments confirmed as much: “She is now at something of a peak in terms of sending out signals, which suggests she now not only fully embraces and understands her role, but that she feels comfortable in it, too.”
So there you have it folks. What did you think about this? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section below.
