Selling Sunset’s Christine Quinn Models Her Appearance On The Barbie Doll
Christine is known for having her long locks of blonde hair. And her fascination with beauty started during her teenage years when she would prepare her own hair, as well as of those friends around her.
And this led to a fascination with the Barbie doll, which has now played out in her own appearance. In the picture here, we can see Christine wearing all pink just like the Barbie doll as she holds a bouquet of flowers.
With that being said, Christine’s following comments were quite telling: “It’s always some variation of a Barbie, you know, whether it’s golf Barbie, or it’s Sharon Stone Barbie, whatever Barbie it may be at that point in time. It has just this flawless aesthetic that I always strive to.”
But in order to achieve that look, Christine has had to make drastic changes to her appearance. She admitted that as part of this process, she began to bleach her hair blonde when she was just 14.
And this did have severe consequences, as the dye caused a significant amount of damage to her hair. Not only that, she also went on to credit botox and fillers for allowing her to maintain a youthful appearance.
She added: “I have such a love-hate relationship with my blonde hair…And then I discovered high-lift color, and I’ve been doing that ever since then.”
The fans on social media, however, had a different take on the matter. A subset felt that Christine had to look for other ways that would make her happy, as opposed to this which appeared quite superficial.
One person wrote: “I hope she finds true happiness. The real Barbie would wish that for her too, I think.” So do you resonate with Christine’s comments?
