The chances of Kate Middleton appearing on Meghan Markle’s ‘Archetypes’ podcast have been dismissed.

That is according to Royal expert Richard Palmer. This should not come as a surprise since Middleton and Markle have different roles.
Kate has taken over the role of ‘Princess of Wales,’ which has added to her royal duties since the Sussexes are no longer a part of the firm.
Meanwhile, Meghan has demonstrated a continual tendency to speak to the media as shown by a recent interview with ‘The Cut,’ that goes counter to the royal focus on duties.
While there were hopes that an appearance by Middleton could have been seen as an attempt to bridge the gap and show some unity to the public following Queen Elizabeth II’s death, any chances of that happening have been shut down.
In his comments, Richard said: “I don’t think so. I don’t get the impression that there is much of a relationship there between them at the moment.
“Maybe that will change but I think the signs are the relations are still pretty strained.” Nevertheless, that does not mean that Kate did not sympathise with the grievances that the Sussexes had.
There is ultimately a way of doing things which is why it would have made more sense to discuss any grievances behind the scenes, which would have kept the familial relationships intact.
This is particularly since Kate and Prince William did allegedly resonate with the grievances by Harry and Meghan, even if there were not too many things that could have been done.
Richard’s following comments confirmed as much: “I think William and Kate and other members of the Royal Family had quite a lot of sympathy with Harry and Meghan with some of their frustrations.
“It was just they didn’t agree with their approach, which was essentially to quit Britain.” It is fair to say that a Meghan and Kate reunion is still some way off.
