The Bloodline have redefined what it means to be a dominant faction in WWE, with Roman Reigns & The Usos holding the World & Tag Team Championships. Tonight, they enter WarGames for the first time ever – with Sami Zayn & Solo Sikoa rounding out their team. Facing them down is a group of men who are sick of The Bloodline being in control – with Drew McIntyre, Sheamus, Butch, Ridge Holland & Kevin Owens all ready for War. Only Butch & Owens have prior experience in this match – but The Bloodline are no strangers to being violent.
Butch Is The WarGames Expert Of The Brawling Brutes
Butch would choose to start for this match – entering the double cage for the fourth time. Jey Uso would start for The Bloodline, his first time in the match. Some trash talk would be exchanged – as Butch would lure Jey into his ring and took him to the mat before attacking the fingers and wrist.
A stomp to the hand would follow, before the arm was caught in the ropes. Jey would be able to fight free, and hit a pop up neckbreaker. Butch would be thrown into the cage, and was already looking a bit beaten up just four minutes into this match – but that was a bit of mindgames, luring Jey into another attack on the hand.
Ridge Holland would hit the ring to assist his tag team partner, running down Jey with a jumping shoulder tackle and nailing a tilt-a-whirl powerslam. Jey would be crushed with some rushing splashes in the corner. Butch would join in, hitting a High/Low Strike combo to cut Jey down to size.
The wrist of Jey would be attacked song again, with a knee drop landing flush. Jimmy Uso wanted to go, but Reigns decided that instead it would be Sami Zayn entering the match. His loyalty was in question, and this forces him to help the one man he doesn’t get along with in The Bloodline – that being Jey Uso.
Zayn hit the ring with purpose, before being mauled by Ridge – with Jey helping out. Butch would hit a moonsault off the cage wall onto Jey & Zayn, before Ridge would hit a double back body drop. Jey & Zayn would take Butch & Ridge down, before Drew McIntyre would march to the ring.
Sami Zayn & Jey Uso Have Issues Getting Along
Jey & Zayn would be ineffective at taking McIntyre down, with Jey thrown across the ring with ease – his face meeting steel. A lawndart into the cage would follow, before Zayn was thrown across the ring twice by the former WWE Champion. Zayn would save Jey from a superplex, only to take a Future Shock DDT.
The next member of The Bloodline to hit the ring was Jimmy Uso, taking a set of tables into the ring. A fight would breakout among The Bloodline with Jey going at Zayn – only for Jimmy to keep the peace. Back on the stage, the disappointment in the face of Reigns was clear.
The Bloodline would try to put McIntyre threw a table, only to take some headbutts as Kevin Owens hit the ring – rocking a Dusty Rhodes shirt. Owens would use a steel chair on The Usos, before spiking Jimmy with a DDT onto a chair. Cannonball Senton to Jey would be followed by a Swanton Bomb.
Jimmy had his hand stomped in a steel chair, as Zayn was suplexed by McIntyre. The Bloodline would gain The Enforcer, Solo Sikoa – as he marched to the ring with murderous intent in his eyes. Butch was run down with a lariat from Sikoa, before being thrown into the cage. Ridge would take a Samoan Drop, before Owens stomped the bare foot of Sikoa and tried for a powerbomb only to be countered.
Banger After Banger After Banger From Sheamus
McIntyre would stare down Sikoa, the man who costed him the championship at Clash At The Castle – and was kicked down into the corner, only for McIntyre to hit a flying headbutt. Sheamus hit the ring, putting The Brawling Brutes to full power. Zayn tried to keep him out of the ring, with Sheamus slamming the door into his face.
Sheamus came off the top rope with a double lariat, as Roman Reigns prepared to enter the ring. Zayn would try to take Sheamus down – only to driven into the cage. Sikoa tried for a Samoan Drop, only to be taken to the top rope for White Noise. Reigns would enter the ring, and War Games officially begins.
Jimmy Uso could barely stand, with Zayn holding him up as they stared The Brawling Brutes down. Reigns would hit some high impact uppercuts to all opponents, before a Superman Punch on Sheamus. The Spear would be blocked, with Reigns caught in the ropes for Ten Beats Of The Bodhran. The Bloodline would try to save Reigns, and instead we got fifty beats.
Sheamus & McIntyre would gang up on Reigns, with Sheamus hitting a jumping knee smash. He’d signal for the Brogue Kick, with Sikoa taking the blow for Reigns – who nailed a Spear. Butch would make the save, stomping Reigns from claiming the win.
The Bloodline Win Thanks To Sami Zayn
Zayn would try to save Reigns, with Jey Uso accidently catching Zayn with a superkick after Butch ducked. Super 1D would follow on Butch, with Ridge able to break the pinfall up. A spear through the table broke Ridge down, but Reigns was unable to move into a pinfall.
McIntyre would grab Reigns and try to put him through a table, but again Solo made the save – hitting the Spinning Solo. Owens made the save before hitting the Stunner, and would stare down his old rival of Reigns. They’d trade blows in the middle of the ring, with Reigns nailing the Superman Punch after avoiding a Stunner.
Spear would be blocked into a Pop Up Powerbomb before the Stunner would get the near fall – Zayn preventing the referee from counting the fall. Owens would trade words with his longtime friend, before Zayn went for the low blow. Zayn has done everything to prove his loyalty, and hit the Helluva Kick as the punctuation mark.
Jey would be able to nail the splash, and this one was over. The Bloodline wins. Zayn would hug it out with Reigns & Jey – with him maybe no longer an Honorary Uce, after this match. Who can possibly stop The Bloodline? Let us know what you think in the comment section down below.
