Viewers recently watched Andrei and Libby during a part of a massive family therapy session with Libby’s family. Viewers saw Libby’s brother, Charlie Potthast blame Andrei for dividing the family, and Andrei retaliated by calling the other man a drunk. Libby’s sisters also think Andrei isolated their sisters, and she insisted that they were wrong. Andrei also mentioned that he could be deported after his wife’s family reported him to immigration.
’90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers: Fans Accuse TLC Of Scripting Elizabeth Potthast and Andrei Castravet’s Story For Engagements
Fans are voicing out that they think that chaotic moment was scripted. Redditor RemarkableMarket436 reshared a story from Becky Potthast’s Instagram, in which she, her sister, Libby, Andrei, and Chuck struck a pose for a family photo. The pregnant sister of Libby captioned the story with, “I love nights where I’ve been with great people and I wore slippers the whole time.”
One user said, “I think they’re writing extra drama to stay on tv,” while another added, “Extra drama? Seems like the same drama recycled in slightly different ways.” Many commenters say that they are tired of seeing the family feud on TV and seeing another picture entirely on social media. Fans have agreed that the family are faking their storyline for more content and relevance. Andrei keeps saying one of his wife’s siblings reported him to immigration, however, his Instagram updates show he is still in the U.S.
During the Happily Ever After season 7 finale, he said that he doesn’t “believe any” of Libby’s siblings, and he thinks her family is “disgusting” and because they have other issues, her family needs to be cut of. He even said that if he eventually gets deported, he would travel back home with his wife, and they won’t have to deal with her toxic family anymore.
