If you have any slight connection with fitness and bodybuilding, you’ve most probably come across the name Brian Johnson – or better known as the Liver King. Well, as it turns out, he is taking steroids. Huge amounts of it.
Liver King claims that his physique is a result of following a diet of raw liver, meat, bone marrow, protein shakes, egg yolks, and testicles. He built his fortune and his whole persona on that claim. He built his business around this myth. However, now, the myth has been dispelled. He may be doing everything that he claims, but he is dodging the revelation of the main contributor to his physique – steroids.
Email Leak Reveals That The Liver King Is Using Steroids – He Has Been Lying For This Whole Time
I am going to be honest. It is not like this comes as a surprise to anyone that has any idea what you can achieve with natural training. However, there was some level of hope in Liver King’s fans that it might be true. The Liver King, the savage that took over social media and became a star is busted for steroid use.
A leak of the Liver King’s emails gives out detailed information on what is the Liver King actually using in order to look like he does. It is not just regular exercise and raw food. The social media star has been abusing PEDs for a long time.
Another social media personality that has a YouTube channel dedicated to sports put light on Liver King’s steroid use. Derek from MorePlatesMoreDates leaked significant evidence, suggesting that The Liver King is going through several 10s of thousands of dollars worth of steroids in a month.
Derek has been making these claims ever since he came across Liver King for the first time. Other public personalities, amongst which Joe Rogan from the Joe Rogan Experience, did not believe Liver King as well. However, all of them, having no proof for their claims were speaking with a bit of a ‘reserve’.
“Leaked emails, blood test results, and a full steroid cycle breakdown.” – Derek starts his most recent YouTube video. “That’s what we are going to be getting into this video. This is shocking, to say the least, but it deserves rewinding from the begging. It feels like a story that has come full circle for us. We’ll do what justice deserves and flash it out from inception.”
The video stretches out to a full 1 hour documentary about the Liver King, his lies, and the truth behind all of it.
It most certainly deserves to be revealed for the world to know that the ’9 ancestral tenants’ only cannot boost your physique to that level. Liver King has been denying his steroid use for the whole time he has been present on social media. He made numerous appearances on podcasts claiming his physique is the product of ‘Prioritization, Execution, and Domination’.
There is one appearance on a podcast, where the hosts mention Winstrol. People that are not really into bodybuilding, but have basic knowledge of the sport most probably came across this term. However, somehow, even after 30 years of training, the Liver King claims that he doesn’t know what Winstrol is.
Well, surprise, surprise. The emails that Derek leaked are showing that not only Liver king does know what Winstrol is, but he has been taking it for years. Furthermore, the emails reveal that he spent about $12k worth of HGH in the last month only.
Derek from MorePlatesMoreDates came across an email conversation between the Liver King and a fitness coach. In it, the Liver King exposed his PEDs use and asked the coach to keep this information confidential.
To be honest, for people that understand how bodybuilding works, and who knows how hard it is to maintain that amount of muscle mass, this comes as no surprise. I mean, it would be more surprising if he was somehow able to achieve his physique naturally.
Nevertheless, Liver King allegedly makes $100 million a year. He makes the majority of this amount by selling his bodybuilding products, claiming that they are the secret to his muscles.
For years The Liver King has been pushing the narrative that our ancestors had muscular bodies because they were living the way they were. The way he lives. However, now all of that falls into the water.
Unfortunately, at the moment there is no further proof of his steroid abuse, aside from the emails. But what more proof do you need than his looks?
So, for everybody that has been following Liver King’s nine ancestral tenants – we have bad news for you. His physique is not a result of following them. It is the result of multi-year steroid use.
I guess Joe Rogan is really happy now. He predicted this couple of months ago. In one episode of his podcast, his guest brought up the topic of Liver King. Joe Rogan immediately jumped on the steroids claim.
“The Liver King thing drives me nuts because that guy is on steroids. Just shut the fu** up.” – Joe Rogan told his guest. “I know he’s eating really healthy. It’s clear he’s eating all these animal foods and you know, he’s eating organ meat, which is very rich in nutrients, and that’s true but he’s dodging the main bullet.”
Many people don’t know that the Liver King is not tall. You can’t tell his height by looking at his photos, or videos. He is a 5ft 7 man, weighing 190 lbs. Building this physique and enduring the types of training he claims he does only by eating bone marrow is impossible. I don’t know how people got to believe him in first place.
Did you suspect that the Liver King is using steroids?
