A royal expert has reported that Prince William, the Prince of Wales, was extremely angry at Prince Harry’s contentious usage of his mother Princess Diana’s Panorama interview in his Netflix show.

Harry and Meghan Markle’s show incorporated a few snippets from their mother’s discussion of her marriage breakdown from her 1995 chat with undercover journalist Martin Bashir.
William has stated previously that the interview should never be broadcast after it emerged that Bashir told a bewildering cluster of lies and calumnies to procure his scoop.
So the fact that Harry went back on those words was something that did rile William up. Katie Nicholl, who happens to be a royal expert, had this to say: “[William] will be livid.
“William has campaigned for that footage to never be screened again, so for it be used in his brother’s own reality TV show will be very frustrating for William.”
Tim Davie, the head of the BBC, made it clear that the interview wouldn’t be aired again due to the unacceptable method by which it was gathered. And yet, by Harry going ahead and using it for his own again, it would prove the following.
First, it would indicate that there are parallels between the way his mother was treated and that of the Sussexes. Secondly, it could be seen as a signal to William that Harry will continue to make decisions that he sees fit.
Regardless of what the case may be, Katie felt that it was in poor taste. Her following comments confirmed as much: “It’s quite antagonistic and it’s not right.
“I think the way Harry has monopolised Diana’s narrative as his own must be very hurtful for William too.” Ultimately, the interview has been used by Harry.
