A survey released by Delta Poll has discovered that a slight majority of individuals from Britain think that Prince Harry has done more harm to the Royal Family than his uncle, the Duke of York, Prince Andrew.
Poll Declares That Certain Brits Feel Harry Has Done More Damage To The Royal Family Than The Disgraced Prince Andrew
The poll revealed that 42 percent of those questioned chose the Duke of Sussex, while 41 percent chose his uncle.
Among those aged 65 and above, 56 percent chose Harry, while 32 percent chose Andrew, and among those aged 55 to 64, 57 percent chose Harry, while 27 percent chose Andrew.
However, those of a younger age had an alternate opinion, with fifty percent of people between the ages of 35 and 54 believing that Andrew had caused more detriment when compared with 35 percent for Harry.
For those aged 18 to 24, the split was 38 percent (Harry) to 50 percent (Andrew). Recently, 38-year old Harry has been all over the news after publishing his autobiography, Spare, and giving a slew of promotional interviews in which he was harsh on his family.
He also became the first royal to openly criticise Andrew, 62, regarding the Jeffrey Epstein scandal, calling it a ‘shameful scandal’.
No one in the Royal Family had discussed the allegations against the Duke of York allegedly sexually assaulting Virginia Giuffre, who asserted that Epstein trafficked her.
Andrew settled the lawsuit last year without admitting any liability, consistently denying any wrongdoings.
And yet, when Harry’s wife, Meghan Markle, questioned if the Royal Family was going to take away their security after they moved to America, Harry replied that there was no chance as his uncle still had protection.
That did not age well and the fans on social media had a lot to say. Large numbers of people made it clear that Andrew and Harry had damaged the firm in their respective ways.
One person wrote: “They are both awful.” So there you have it folks. What did you think about this? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section below.
