Virginia Giuffre, who has accused Prince Andrew of sexual assault, may very well be seen in public again come next month due to her gag order being removed.
Prince Andrew’s Sexual Assault Accuser Virginia Giuffre Could Speak Out After Her Gag Clause Is Set To Expire
Giuffre claimed that when she was 17-years-old, she was required to be sexually involved with the Duke three times on the direction of the now-deceased Jeffrey Epstein, the pedophile.
In 2021, she filed a lawsuit against Andrew, seeking an undisclosed amount of compensation for assault, including rape, and the infliction of mental anguish.
A resolution was reached for a purported amount of $12 million, with $2 million planned to be donated to the sex trafficking organization of the accuser.
Andrew refused to accept any fault and has remained adamant in denying the accusations. As part of the agreement, the Duke of York and Giuffre both signed a contract that prevented them from talking about the case.
This agreement will soon expire, allowing Ms Giuffre – who is married and has children – to openly speak about the mistreatment she endured from convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. This could take the form of writing a book, or partaking in interviews.
As a result of the situation, Andrew was stripped of his military titles and patronage, and instructed by Buckingham Palace not to use his His Royal Highness title. Additionally, the Palace ruled out the possibility of the Duke returning to public service.
The fans on social media had a lot to say about the matter. A certain subset of people demanded that Andrew be held accountable on the basis that they felt he had something to answer for.
And in the process, the comments towards him were very brutal. One person wrote: “Andrew must face trial. I hope the pressure is too much for him to bare.”
We will have to see how this will all play out moving forward in the future. So there you have it folks. What did you think about this? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section below.
