Prince Harry has revealed that he cut out various parts of his memoir which touched upon Prince William and King Charles III.
Prince Harry Reveals He Removed 800 Damning Pages From His Memoir-‘I Just Don’t Want The World To Know, I Don’t Think They Would Ever Forgive Me’
The Duke of Sussex alleges that he removed a draft that was 800 pages. While that may have been the case, Harry still managed to reveal some contentious elements. He recalls William shouting and screaming at him regarding a meeting over Megxit.
In addition, he recalls his brother attacking him as he fell onto a dog bowl. And when it came to Charles, he disclosed his father doing upside-down headstands half-naked to deal with his back pain. And yet, it seems that there could have been more material.
In his comments, Harry said: “There are some things that have happened…I just don’t want the world to know. Because I don’t think they would ever forgive me.
“The first draft was different. It was 800 pages, and now it’s down to 400 pages. It could have been two books, put it that way.
And the hard bit was taking things out.” With that being said, Harry made it clear that he wants to patch things up with his brother and father.
And with Charles’ Coronation coming up this year, there may be an opportunity to do just that provided the memoir has not created too much damage. And that is something Harry wants.
His following comments confirmed as much: “You know what you did, and I now know why you did it. And you’ve been caught out, so just come clean and then we could all move on.”
The fans on social media were concerned by Harry’s revelations. This was on the grounds that Harry had enough material for another damning book.
One person wrote: “Wow, It definitely makes people curious to see what the next book will talk about. This revelation is a great marketing strategy, 400 pages is a whole new book.”
