‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) Spoilers here and we’re set to close out the week with some fun spoilery goodies.
This looks like it’s going to be a fun episode even with a copy and paste storyline beginning as we get yet another Newman family civil war with the usual suspects on either side. Without further ado, let’s dive in!
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Friday, February 17: Victor protects his own
Now that Jeremy Stark (James Hyde) has returned, we’re guessing Victor Newman (Eric Braeden)’s spies would’ve informed him of Stark’s return. If they didn’t he may want a refund on them.
As for Stark, Victor will do what he does best, and that’s warn Stark away from any member of his family.
Of course, Stark probably didn’t give them a moment’s thought, but Victor likes to show off and since he never fails anymore why not warn off a dangerous felon, right?
What could be fun here is if Victor’s warning has the opposite affect on Stark and the Newman wealth will stark appealing to him.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Friday, February 17: Here we go again with Adam and Victoria
Just when things were getting interesting in Genoa City, the wash, rinse, repeat cycle is back with Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) being part of a sequel no one wanted to see.
At this point, it feels pointless to go on about the lazy writing as Adam will look to undermine Victoria yet again and try to take the CEO job from her.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers are already over this storyline, though maybe we’ll luck out and there will be a couple of twists we won’t see coming.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Friday, February 17: Phyllis spreads the warning
It’s been a while since Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) did something that wasn’t self-serving, and in this episode she’s going to end that run when she tells Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) about Stark’s return and being free.
Of course, no good deed goes unpunished and we expect Phyllis will make a comment about Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) and letting Stark have her.
We love Phyllis, but she just cannot stand prosperity and this could force her to join Stark to get rid of Diane.
How far she’ll go before waking up is anyone’s guess, but when things go down Phyllis could have a hefty price she’ll have to pay.
