According to Forbes writer Carlie Porterfield, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will never possess the same amount of money as King Charles III since he was likely to have financially assisted them while they were still part of the senior Royal Family.
Money Hungry Harry And Meghan Will Never Be As Rich As The Firm-‘It Does Not Compare In The Slightest,’ Says Forbes Writer Carlie Porterfield
Since then, the duo have managed to settle in their multi-million mansion in Montecito, California. And as part of that process, they have raised two children together.
This has been helped by the fact that the pair have signed lucrative deals with Neftlix and Spotify that has resulted in projects such as their docuseries and Harry’s memoir.
While that may have been the case, it does not come close to the riches that the firm possesses. In her comments, Carlie said: “It does not compare in the slightest.
“Harry and Meghan will never come anywhere close to dealing with the amount of money that King Charles is. A lot of that is because King Charles is dealing with money that is his but technically he holds on behalf of the kingdom.”
This naturally begs the question: how much are they worth? Well, the firm is alleged to be worth around over $42 billion. In comparison, the Sussexes’ recent deals were over $100 million.
And yet, another report stresses that the couple are on course to become billionaires. With that being said, leaving the firm gave the couple opportunities that they would not have otherwise gotten.
The following comments confirmed as much: “If they had stayed as working members of the Royal Family, they wouldn’t have had to do all of these Netflix deals. So, fiscally it was a good decision in terms of profit.
As long as the pair are happy, then that is the most important thing regardless of what others may have to say about it. So there you have it folks. What did you think about this? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section below.
