After Britney Spears commended Pamela Anderson in a recent post on Instagram, Anderson decided to respond.

Before the post was soon taken down, Britney commented on Anderson’s iconic status as a sex symbol on Baywatch, and said that Pamela is still just as attractive many years later.
Britney also showed her respect for the 55-year-old actress’ two sons, Brandon Thomas Lee and Dylan Jagger Lee. In her comments at the time, Britney remarked: “I’m such a fan of Pamela Anderson.
“She was the only sex icon at one time in America and she still is!!!’ the singer–songwriter gushed. I really respect the fact that her children stood up for her relating to the fact that people were trying to sell her story from the past.”
Britney’s words of approval for Pamela’s children have come out at a time when her own children Sean and Jayden, who are aged 17 and 16 respectively, have not been visiting her for some time, as their father Kevin Federline has mentioned that this is due to the strange and sometimes risqué content that Britney posts on her social media account.
With that being said, Pamela declared that she had sent the 41-year-old vocalist a message and made a comparison between their difficult individual lives.
After all, Britney recently overturned her 13-year conservatorship, while Pamela’s life had been impacted by the leaking of a sex tape concerning her.
In her comments, Pamela said: “I wrote her a letter back and hopefully she’s received it by now. It’s hard when the people closest to you betray you or use you. You’re like a moneymaker. It’s painful.”
