Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are reportedly very difficult to work for.
Harry And Meghan Are Hard To Work For-‘It Does Feel Like A Revolving Door Of Employees,’ Says Kinsey Scofield
Since Harry and Meghan tied the knot in May 2018, their staff has undergone a number of changes which can be attributed to their decision to leave the Royal Family and move to the United States.
It has been reported that the couple have had 16 staff members resign since they became official, and now two more have announced their departure.
According to reports, Archewell is losing both its internal content head, Ben Browning, and the leader of its marketing team, Fara Taylor.
With that being said, this is what royal expert Kinsey Scofield had to say: “Truly, I’m not exaggerating, it does feel like a revolving door of employees here in the US.
“I am not familiar with the charity sector, but in the creative department, they are going through producers and they are going through people that are supposed to be managing all of this content — that we’ve barely seen any of.”
This arrives on the back end of accusations that Meghan had been bullying members of royal staff. An inquiry was held in order to determine whether or not the Duchess had something to answer for.
While that may have been the case, the palace refused to publish the findings on the basis that they wanted to protect the privacy of those involved. And this just goes on to show that there may be challenges in working for the Sussexes.
Author Valentine Low had this to say: “It certainly makes me wonder whether the pattern of them being difficult to work for is continuing. Absolutely.
“It doesn’t make me feel better because I never had the slightest doubt about what I wrote.” Harry and Meghan have set themselves a standard for their brand which clearly must be met.
