Lauren Sanchez, the girlfriend of Jeff Bezos, has recently created her debut independent film, but she has faced allegations of overseeing a chaotic production that culminated in the dismissal of the director.

Sanchez used her own funds to finance “The Golden Door,” a thriller with Daniella Kertesz and Megalyn Echikunwoke. Adventure & Fellowship, a company owned by Sanchez, created a $2 million project that was shot in Topanga, California during a 20-day period in the summer.
According to sources involved in the production, Sanchez was not well-received on set and was considered by some to be an occasional and unwanted presence: “She and Bezos did show up her more than him, and his teen daughter was an intern on the project and was even given a small role in the film.

Despite this being the case, the response on social media was very hostile. This was based on a combination of Sanchez’s skills and her looks.
Therefore, the criticism was directed at the fact that she was not suitable for the roles due to her lack of major inroads in the industry.
