‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) Spoilers here and we’re set to keep things rolling with some fun spoilery goodies to share.
There’s a lot to unpack in the wake of a tragedy and a near tragedy, and we could just be seeing the tip of the ice berg, so let’s grab some popcorn and dive in!
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Tuesday, June 20: Victor’s double sided comfort
Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) tries his best to be a good father and family man, and when he’s not trying to turn his children against each other to see who the strongest is, he can be magnanimous.
And now that Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) has lost his child, he’ll offer Adam all the comfort he can to make sure his son comes out of this situation as smoothly as possible.
Of course, this is Victor and it wouldn’t surprise us if he’ll go the extra yard and tell Adam this is for the best and he won’t be tied to Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) anymore.
If Victor does this, we expect another fight between the two as Adam won’t want to hear it after the emotional turmoil he’s been through and it’ll leave Victor frustrated and confused that his children simply won’t accept his way of understanding.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Tuesday, June 20: Hard times
Not to go unscathed from what Sally’s going through, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) is going to find himself catching flak from her as she’ll be struggling with her loss.
“The Young and the Restless” Spoilers think this will be especially painful for her isn’t the fact that Nick wasn’t there per se, but that she’s going to feel insecure from not being his “real” family.
She has a long line of having insecurity issues, and they’ll come to the fore in this case as she’s emotionally raw and dealing with so much pain.
Nick will do his best to be there for her and comfort her, but in the end he’s had a very draining and taxing day and may not be in the best mood to deal with her fallout.
Add to that he may blame Adam too, which will cause Sally to point out at least he was there for her and it’s off to the races we go.
We’re not sure if anything good can come out of this situation, but it’ll be up to Sally and Nick to figure out where they go from here.
