This episode has some fun moments to be mined, and one that feels like it’s a quick and lazy get out of debt free card for Carly Spencer (Laura Wright). Let’s dive into some spoilers and see what’s coming!
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Monday July, 24: Financial windfall?
This is a curious one for us as Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) got a phone call while at the Metro Court Pool, and it sounded strange and out of place, but there could be a reason.
While the central theme of this storyline comes from Carly and she’ll tell Joss that she’s been entrusted with their family institution. This could mean any number of things from being the head of the nuclear family to being named the matriarch.
For the latter, it would seem like a sad thing given how the show hasn’t dealt with Bobbie Spencer (Jacklyn Zeman)’s character’s end since the actress’ unfortunate passing a couple of months ago.
So the fact Carly and Joss and smiling ear to ear would disqualify this, and “General Hospital” Spoilers expect a better sendoff for Bobbie and Jacklyn.
But why the call to Joss? There have been rumors that the show was going to officially kill off or recast Jasper Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) since the actor was fired from the show, and that could be part of the news Joss gets.
Since there’s been no news on that front, chances are there could be a trust fund that’s now available to her, and it’ll explain the phone call and pay off her mom’s debt to the government, though Carly wouldn’t accept it.
This has so many possibilities and we’re looking forward to see what is going to happen.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Monday July, 24: Dex makes a discovery
Since Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) doesn’t trust Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth) at all, it’s going to be interesting to see what Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) discovers.
He’s already learning that Austin and Ava Jerome (Maura West) are in cahoots together over something, so he’ll report back to Sonny and Sonny will have him keep an eye on them. Or more precisely Austin.
This should be fun as it’s one way to discover what’s going on with Austin, but since Dex is expected to make a shocking discovery, we wonder if he’ll recognize Mason Gatlin-Holt (Nathanyael_Grey) and that will be very important.
It could also put Dex in danger as fans have noted for a while he’s not in the opening credits yet, and that usually means his time is short, but how short?
