Since it’s introduction at WrestleMania 21, the Money in the Bank ladder match is something that can change careers. Giving the winner a chance to cash in on a champion of their choice – it almost ensures a title change.

This year, Shinsuke Nakamura, Ricochet, LA Knight, Santos Escobar, Damien Priest, Logan Paul, & Butch enter the fray – all men yet to win a top belt within WWE.

Only one man can walk away with the briefcase, and no one is ready to let this chance slip through their hands. This match opens the show – meaning Seth Rollins & Roman Reigns will need to start watching their backs.

    Everyone Hates Logan Paul

As the bell rang, Paul would be mauled by everyone else in the match – being sent from the ring. The brawl would spread with everyone flowing to the floor, allowing Paul to slip in and set up a ladder.

Nakamura would stop him before he could steal an early win. Priest would hit the ring and be wedged into the corner using a ladder.

Knight would drop Butch with a DDT, before being kicked in the face by Nakamura. Escobar would trade blows with Nakamura, before Paul threw him face first into the ladder. Making his climb, Paul would show a lack of speed – allowing Ricochet, Butch, Nakamura & Knight to pull him down and stomp him into the mat.

Butch would grab a cricket bat and beat Ricochet & Knight into the mat using it. Priest would take them out, before Paul would pitch an alliance.

Together they set up some tables before Priest hit a throat thrust and threw Paul across the steel steps. Escobar would hit the Arrow From The Depths Of Hell dive, before Knight & Ricochet clashed in the ring.

Ricochet would dive to the floor through a ladder leaving Knight alone, but Paul stopped Knight from completing in his climb. Paul would use the ladder to beat Knight & Butch off, before diving into a right hand from Priest. At ringside, Priest would set up the steps and bridge a ladder from the apron.

Back in the ring, Nakamura, Knight & Ricochet would set up some ladders, before Escobar joined the mix. He’d stop Nakamura from completing the climb, before being choked out by Butch.

Butch & Escobar would land on a ladder, and Ricochet hit a Springboard 450 Splash. Everyone would reset and hit the ring – and brawl it out once again.

Damien Priest Wins The Biggest Match Of His Career

Priest would try to climb the ladder in the middle of the ring, but took a backdrop from Knight. Paul would hit a Springboard Blockbuster, before a shooting star press from Ricochet landed.

Escobar hit the Phantom Driver, before a diving knee strike from Nakamura. A brawl on the floor would see a mass of bodies form – before Butch dove with a moonsault.

Back in the ring, Butch attempted to start his climb – but Paul would stop him and hit a stiff punch to the jaw. Ricochet would be there to stop Paul, but took a KO worthy blow to the jaw as well. Escobar would stop Paul and hit a jumping kick to the jaw, but was met by another striker in Nakamura.

Nakamura & Escobar would start their climb of the ladder, and were joined by Knight on another ladder. Ricochet & Paul would join the chose, and kicked down the ladder of Escobar & Nakamura.

Knight would be desperate to stop Paul & Ricochet, and were shoved to the ropes where Ricochet would hit a Springboard Spanish Fly right through the tables at ringside.

Butch & Knight would scale a ladder in the ring, and Knight tried for a Superplex – only to have his fingers snapped. Butch would be close to claiming the briefcase, but was stopped by Priest who shoved him off the ladder and into another ladder. Knight & Escobar would clash, but BFT would take Escobar out.

Nakamura would try next, but Knight took him out. Priest would send Knight flying from the top of the ladder, before climbing up and claiming the case for his own interests. He is now perhaps the most dangerous man in WWE, and with the backing of The Judgement Day – anyone holding a championship has reason to fear.
