‘General Hospital’ makers are fond of keeping major characters on ice. Recently, two of Laura Collin’s children, Lulu and Nikolas, have been kept on ice, although both of them have been spoken of enough in the recent episodes.
We even saw Dante and Charlotte drop by the hospital to pay a visit to Lulu, but it is Nikolas who has woken up from his coma!
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Nikolas Wakes Up from Coma
The last time we saw Nikolas on the show, Ava hit his head with a statue and left him to die. Fortunately, Mason rescued him and kept him safe. Since then, he has been in a coma.
Fans knew that he would be back since the makes did not kill him off. Now, Nikolas is back on the show. During the August 31, 2023, episode of ‘General Hospital’, we saw a hale and hearty Nikolas – just a sneak peek of him.
Also, fans now know that it is Adam Huss who is returning to portray Nikolas on the show. The whole drama surrounding the character’s death started when Marcus Coloma dropped the role.
At the time, reports said that Adam Huss had stepped in to take the character to the end. So, fans believed that Nikolas would die, and that would be the end of him.
However, Adam Huss had been dropping hints suggesting his return to ‘General Hospital’, and it turns out that he is back! During the previous episode, Austin came into a house and he started having a conversation with a seemingly comfortable Nikolas.
One would think they were childhood best friends. Now, viewers cannot help but wonder if Nik and Austin are in cahoots on ‘General Hospital’.
Did Nik lose his memory due to the trauma? He clearly looked comfortable, which means he was not being held hostage. What exactly is going on with Nikolas?
