Long-term viewers of ‘Young and the Restless’ will remember that Veronica Redd first appeared on the show is Mamie back in 1990, when she took over from Marguerite Ray.
Viewers loved watching her portray the role of the Abbott family’s trusty housekeeper until her final she left in 2004. However, in March 2023, she made an exciting comeback as to celebrate the soap’s 50th-anniversary celebration, and had a not-so-pleasant encounter with Jill.
She also showed that things were going well for her. Mamie also shared some sweet moments with the Abbotts and her own family, and went as far as organizing a little get-together to catch up.
