Ninja Mack had an open contract for a match, willing to take on whoever wanted a shot at him. Tully Blanchard would accept this, and would announce that his new client would be answering the challenge of the high flyer. Blanchard was recently fired by FTR, but the legend always had some cards up his sleeve. After Kaun & Toa earlier, he’d bring out The Machine – Brian Cage!

Brian Cage Shows ROH Fans Why He’s The Machine

Ninja Mack tried to jump onto Cage with the Space Flying Tiger Drop – but was caught out of the sky and slammed onto the apron. Into the ring, Cage would look for the Drillclaw, but Mack slipped away. He’d hit some quick strikes, before Cage drove him into the corner.

Mack was getting tossed around the ring with ease – almost from post to post with a German Suplex. The crowd called for another, and Cage wouldn’t give them it. Mack would nail some fast strikes, before being caught into a spin out slam. Drill Claw would follow, and you could count to 1000 – and Mack wouldn’t kick out.

Tully Blanchard has assembled a group of powerhouses. Every single member of his new faction was dangerous on their own – but with a legend like Tully Blanchard to provide the plans? They might be unstoppable.

Lee Moriarty Has Jay Lethal Scouted

While Jay Lethal might now be signed to AEW, ROH runs deep in his history. Tonight, he will take on a rising star in professional wrestling – and fellow AEW talent Lee Moriarty. These are two of the top pure wrestlers in the world today, and they clash for the first time ever tonight on Supercard of Honor.

Lethal would take Moriarty down to the mat by the wrist, but struggled to keep him there. Moriarty would be able to get away from a potential Figure Four Leg Lock, before hitting the ropes and blocking the Cartwheel Dropkick into a Crucifix Pin – nearly taking the win.

Lethal Injection would be attempted, but Moriarty again was waiting – and could have an easy counter. Moriarty has studied the career of Lethal extensively, and knows his signature offence. Lethal would move to some heavy chops – before a back elbow.

He’d toss Moriarty to the mat, and nailed the Cartwheel Dropkick, more to prove a point than anything. Moriarty would nail some fast knee strikes, before Lethal would catch him with a Dragon Screw Leg Whip. He recognized the need to ground Moriarty, and would send him to the outside. Lethal got two suicide dives, but Moriarty would be the one to hit the third. Moriarty wouldn’t hit the ropes first, only running enough to launch himself.

Lethal Does Something He’s Not Proud Of

Back in the ring, Lethal would go back to the knee – hitting a series of hard leg kicks. Moriarty would be able to nail the Pepsi Twist, before having to fight off a Superplex attempt. The damage to the knee delayed his dive, and Lethal would dodge.

Lethal Combination would land, but Lethal needed a second to breathe. He’d be able to hit a superkick and cutter, before paying tribute to Macho Man on the top rope. The elbow drop was caught into a cradle pin – before Lethal would look for Lethal Injection – and it was blocked.

Moriarty had pinfall counters for everything, before Lethal would go slow with a strike. He was desperate, and this would set up Lethal Injection for the win. Lethal wasn’t proud of this, but a win is a win. Matt Sydal would berate Lethal, and Lethal kicked away the crutch and beat down Sydal.

What will come next from Jay Lethal after this heel turn? Let us know what you think in the comment section down below.

A wrestling fan practically since birth, who has been hooked since he got his first toy wrestling ring for Christmas as a child. Since getting access to the internet, he's watched more wrestling than he could ever remember from all around the world. It's hard to keep track of what happens in the wild world of professional wrestling, but he always tries to stay up to date. Note: No relation to Tully Blanchard of Four Horsemen fame (probably).
