The future King and Queen, through their message, reminded everyone of the significance of human relationships, which came to light during the coronavirus pandemic. They then encouraged people to show some love continuously to those that feel isolated, just like how they did during the pandemic.
During the short clip, Kate said, “So if you think someone you know may be feeling lonely, just give them a ring, send them a text or knock on their door”. According to the Duchess, “these small acts of kindness can make a big difference and help us all feel less lonely.” The airing of the Mental Health Minute comes after the publication of a fresh mental health data, disclosed shocking results.
The data showed that young people between the ages of 18 and 24 are the most isolated group of people and are also the least comfortable asking for help. A while ago, the royal couple collaborated with famous personalities for the Mental Health Minute.
Their message urged U.K. citizens to assist others and engage in chats on mental health challenges. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are famous for their mental health activities in the last couple of years.
