The speculation about twins started after an interview ahead of The Kardashians premiere in which Poosh founder, Kourtney is asked about her desire for more children and how many she might want. She kept it coy at :59, looking to Kris and saying ‘seeing how we feel’ basically as if the Portofino wedding wasn’t already being planned when this interview was a month before the Portofino wedding.
