In Key West, Florida a 70-year-old Steven Santana was arrested after stabbing another man—after he failed in performing a sexual act on July 29, 2022. The situation went down after Santana offered the victim a place to sleep in his camper.
Florida Man Arrested After Failed Sexual Assault and Stabbing of Victim
Prior to the attack, the two smoked marijuana and drank. Even though the two met that night, they hit it off enough that the victim was given a spot in the back of the camper and Santana took the couch.
At 1:30 AM, the victim woke up to a naked Steven Santana trying to perform a sexual act on him. The act wasn’t specified but the victim was able to fight back against the camper owner.
Santana would get his hands on a knife and stabbed him but the victim was able to escape the camper. Moments later, Monroe County deputies showed up and arrested the knife-wielding predator. There was no comment on if the 70-year-old had put on clothes between failing in the assault and the deputies’ arrival.
Steven Santana was charged with aggravated assault. There is also no word on the condition of the victim who survived the attack.
