‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) Spoilers here and we’re set to keep things rolling with some fun spoilery goodies to share.
It looks like we could get a couple of new storylines and a set pretty soon if things work out the right way, as well as moving forward in a couple others.
Without further ado, let’s get to the spoilers!
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Wednesday, August 3: Phyllis buys in
It looks like Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) is going to take a risk and lease put part of the grand Phoenix to Noah Newman (Rory Gibson).

This is ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers take since Phyllis was mentioned as an option after Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) turned Noah down.
Victor did seem interested, but in the end, he wanted to focus on the practical business aspect and Noah one day joining Newman Enterprises.
In a way, it was a huge favor Victor did for him as Noah won’t be tied to him in trying to live his dreams and Phyllis will give him that fresh start.
Plus, it’ll give Phyllis a chance to build some good faith equity with Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) in a roundabout way, and that’s always a good thing.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Wednesday, August 3: Controlling the narrative
This storyline has us the most curious to see what’ll happen as Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) will look to make a name for herself, but also maintain journalistic integrity when it comes to handling the story about Ashland Locke (Robert Newman)’s death.
She’ll want to control the narrative by ensuring they stick to the facts of the story and to do that she’s going to grill Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) about what he knows.
This will be a tough scene as Nick will fight her for a while, and then eventually give up some information.
Of course, this is when we expect Victor to walk in and put a stop to it. He doesn’t want anything getting out about his family’s part in Ashland’s death, but we don’t think Sally’s going to be onboard with that.
It may be the last thing she does at Newman Enterprises, but we think she’ll get the story out someway and that will be an interesting run for her.
We have a feeling anything that comes out will make Victor’s life a little more problematic, so we’re all for it. If it does come back to Nick killing Ashland by accident, that’ll be a fun storyline in its own right even if it was in defense of his sister.
Will Sally be able to tell the story before Victor finds out? Let us know in the comments below and check back with ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers for the latest updates, spoilers, and speculation.
