When Emily and Kobe met at the airport, Kobe’s first remark was about her weight gain, and even though Emily couldn’t process it at the time, fans noticed and were mad at him. However, he said he didn’t care about her weight and he still had feelings for her, but the damage was already done. 90 Day Fiancé’s Emily later took to Instagram to share that she was already on a weight loss program. She wore a white bra and black pants, and stretched her waistband as she posed for the camera.

Emily shared that she lost 18 pounds. Fans have been following her weight loss journey since then. The TLC star has opened up about her struggles with weight gain when she was younger, and she told fans that she lost the extra pounds back then as well. She shared a picture of herself in 2015, when she was curvier, and shared a mirror selfie from 2018, that showed off her slim waist.
Emily shared how she was bothered about not losing any weight for a month despite working out and eating a healthy diet. She said that while she wasn’t losing any pounds, she was losing inches. “And it turns out I’ve lost like two, almost two and a half inches in my waist,” she shared.
Her latest Instagram update reveals how she dropped three inches from her waist, and more inches all over her body. Fans may get to see Emily’s final body transformation on the 90 Day Fiancé season 9 Tell-All. While many other stars of the show have opted for gastric bypass surgery, Emily is sticking to old-school methods.
