That is the view of royal expert Angela Levin. Harry’s tell-all memoir was expected to come out the back end of this year. However, other reports indicate that the memoir has been delayed as the Duke of Sussex considers which truth bombs he will drop.
And given that Harry’s last major revelation, as shown by his Oprah Winfrey interview alongside Meghan Markle, damaged the royal family significantly, Harry has been warned it is a choice between his family and the memoir.
In her comments, Angela said: “[If] he badly needs to keep his commercial life going, if nothing else or go ahead still attacking his ‘trapped’ family, be ready for cut-offs.”

Nevertheless, the chances of Harry pulling the plug on the memoir are extremely slim. First of all, he did sign a lucrative book deal which has increased the pressure to produce something.
And as Meghan recently dropped her ‘Archetypes’ podcast which was number one on Spotify, the pressure is on him to follow up with something similar.
Secondly, as Harry promised to give a memoir that was an unfiltered account of his life since he was no longer at the behest of the royals, pulling the plug on it would backtrack on those words.
The fans on social media had a lot to say about the potential delay. A certain subset of people felt this was being done in order to increase publicity for it.
Meanwhile, others were of the view that Harry would not release the memoir until Queen Elizabeth II had passed. One person wrote: “He will not release his book until the queen passes, my prediction.”
It is ultimately a decision that Harry has to consider, but based on his Oprah interview, he has already shown that he will say what he thinks.
