The Madison County Sheriff’s Office observed a haunt of the suspect and arrested Lamont DeShone Laws (49) at University Drive hotel on August 31, 2022. Laws was found with 35 grams of fentanyl on him. He was charged with drug trafficking and his bond was set at $100,000.
