Tiffany Franco started her fitness journey when she and her partner, Ronald Smith split. She opted for a gastric sleeve procedure and withing a few month, she lost 43 pounds. She left her fans in huge shock when she shared pictures if her weight loss. She continued to show drastic weight loss in Instagram updates. By the end of 2021, the reality TV star had dropped 61 pounds.

In March of this year, she stunned founds when she announced that she had lost 70 pounds. Tiffany was 300 pounds when she started her fitness journey, now she has dropped over 80 pounds. She is just 30 pounds away from hitting her weight loss goal of 190 pounds.
In a recent video shared to Instagram, she opened up to fans about her fitness journey. A commenter wrote, “Looking amazing sis!” and asked about her size. Tiffany responded saying, “I started I guess in top some stuff in a two XL,” and told the fan that she is currently a medium size.
When someone else asked her about her surgery and the post surgery routine, Tiffany answered, “Prepare mentally to break old habits one thing I wish I would have done before the surgery.” The reality show star said that her body initially rejected the sugar substitutes because she wasn’t ready for them. She went on to share that she doesn’t work out “at the moment,” but she wanted to start the physical training routine, and would soon hit the weights.
Tiffany said that she is lucky not to have “any sagging skin,” but if she has someday, she will get it corrected. Without hitting the gym, Tiffany has lost a lot of weight. Her fans love her due to her genuinity and honesty. They appreciate her transparency about her weight loss journey, and how she shares updates with them.
