In Broward County, Florida, deputies arrested and charged a man with the disappearance and murder of his wife. The suspect’s wife, Mimose Dulcio was last seen November 10, 2022 at around 5:30 PM at her home in Broward and a missing person alert was issued two days later.
Florida Man Arrested and Charged in the Murder of Wife in Broward County
The investigation went from a missing person focus to a murder investigation and was handed over to the Homicide Unit. This brought her husband Jose Luis Pacheco (36) into things as a suspect.
He claimed to have not seen Mimose in days and noted that they were in process of going through a divorce. A search warrant of their home led authorities to really look at Pacheco.
The conclusion is that Mimose Dulcio was murdered in the house and then transported in their car to a location where she was buried or dumped. There is definitely more to this case but it appears that the details of Pacheco’s involvement in Dulcio’s disappearance and death will only come out in a trial or via a confession.
Jose Luis Pacheco was charged with second-degree murder and is being held at the Miami-Dade County Jail.
