With three title matches left on the NXT Vengeance Day card, these matches might have a huge impact on the future of NXT. Some of the predictions might be assisted by some rumors but all of them are probably the right call. He are my predictions for the remainder of the card.
Wes Lee vs Dijak (NXT North American Championship)
I think that this match could realistically go both ways. I don’t think that Wes Lee has had a good run since he has been North American champion. While some may think that it is time for someone new and more interesting to be champion, I think that it is possible that he just needs to have an extended program with someone.
Dijak might be the person that can give Wes Lee the signature feud that he needs to truly make him into a star or make him feel like a legit champion.
The only thing that I would wonder will be whether they would want him to do that as champion or as a chasing babyface.
If Wes Lee wins, where do he go from there? I can see more of feud between him and Dijak. I think that the North American title scene will be much more interesting if Dijak becomes champion.

Roxanne Perez vs Gigi Dolin vs Jacy Jane (NXT Women’s Championship)
This triple threat match has the chance to be one of the best women’s matches in NXT in a long time.
I think that there is a zero percent chance that Roxanne will lose this match. She just won the title and she hasn’t really had a title defense yet. There is a lot of steam left in her title run.
Gigi and Jacy are probably going to the main roster soon and they need to put Roxanne over before they leave. As long as they are still in NXT, the brand’s women’s division will not be able to move forward.
Also, I like Roxanne as champion because even though I think that they are going to book her to be very strong, I don’t see her as an unbeatable champion. She will open the way for a lot of the women down there to potentially be champ one day.
In this triple threat, the obvious thing that will happen is that Gigi and Jacy will fight over which of them get to get the pinfall. Perez will just pick the bones of whoever is left standing between the two.
Winner: Roxanne Perez
Bron Breakker vs Grayson Waller (NXT Championship)
This match being in a steel cage gives it away for me. I think that this is finally the time that Bron will lose his NXT Championship.
Grayson Waller wouldn’t have been the person that I would’ve chosen to beat him but it had to be done at some point and I think that the Bron Breakker era in NXT has run its course.
The steel cage stipulation is there to protect Bron from having to take an actual pinfall to lose the match.
Something else to look out for is outside interference from either a new person or someone returning to align with Waller.
I don’t have high hopes for this match as a main event but there is always a chance that I will be surprised by it.
